Substance use assessments help connect people with treatment that will support recovery. The assessment takes an hour and results in a write up of recommendations as well as support to connect to treatment providers as needed.

MCC is currently offering telehealth counseling for trauma. If you are working on healing trauma, managing dissociation, or just want to feel better, reach out to set up an initial 15 minute consult call. Therapy includes modalities like Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic approaches.

One of MCC’s goals is to support other therapists and build community surrounding mental health treatments and addictions treatments. This is not a substitute for nor is it supervision for licensure, but instead a support for other individual practicioners.

Schedule
Once you find what you need in our services, navigate to Sessions Health to request an appointment. If you are not sure where to start, utilize the contact form and we can have a 15-minute consultation to determine what is best!
Intake Paperwork
Once your appointment is accepted, you will have access to complete an account and complete paperwork for your appointment. For substance use assessments the assessment will determine service needs. For mental health therapy, all services begin with an assessment.
First Session
The assessment focuses on getting to know you and your needs as well as assess how you have been impacted by your experiences. Substance use assessments will formulate a diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Mental health assessments help to identify needs and treatment goals.
Ongoing Sessions
Once the assessment is done, ongoing sessions are arranged based on clinical recommendations and what is feasible for you.
Rates:
Substance Use Assessments: $225 (60-minutes)
Includes the assessment and write-up of recommendations as well as coordination with a treatment provider as needed.
New Client Mental Health Assessment and Treatment Planning: $225
Ongoing Mental Health Therapy:
$150 (50-minutes)
$120 (31-50 minutes)
$100 (30-minutes or less)
Consultation for Therapists: $90 (60-minutes)
Initial Consultation to determine fit: $0 (15-minutes)
Miller Counseling & Consultation, LLC. is an out of network provider that does not accept insurance. A superbill can be provided for services for submission to insurance to attempt to reimburse services.
